Supremetronics Ltd aim to ship out all orders placed between Monday-Friday within 48 hours. Orders placed within the weekend will normally be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday. We will notify you once your order has been despatched and provide tracking information where applicable. Delivery services we use are Royal Mail, Parcel Force, TNT and occastionally other courier services.

Please allow 7 working days for delivery unless otherwise stated, however 95% of orders are delivered withing 3 working days.

Returns

We operate a 7 day return policy for unwanted goods, the product must still be in boxed and sealed else there will be a 10% restocking charge, as we will not be able to resell the product as new. The Customer will be responsible for the return of any unwanted goods and must pay all the charges arising from the return of any items.

Our shipping rates vary upon the total size and weight of your order, starting from just £1.50 ranging to £12 for much larger items.

We operate a 14 day returns policy for faulty products. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the product. Once the product is recieved it will be inspected and if found to be faulty a replacement will sent out or a full refund issued. If the product is found not to be faulty the product will be returned.

After 14 days faulty products cannot be returned to Supremetronics Ltd however maybe covered by the manufacturers warranty.

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting and that you wrap your parcel securely, since Supremetronics Ltd cannot accept responsibility for loss and/or damage of items in transit.
